The PubFi website provides product information and account access. PubFi APIs and MCP tools expose a capability catalog and route exact data requests to supported third-party providers. The PubFi OpenAI Plugin uses the same Account and OAuth service surface; it does not create a separate service or legal regime.
Content on the website does not by itself create a customer, reseller, partnership, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their sign-in methods and API keys, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. A user is responsible for activity authorized through that user's account or credentials, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Plugin account linking uses OAuth. Users can disconnect PubFi in ChatGPT or Codex, but disconnection does not cancel obligations or erase records created before disconnection.
PubFi executes the exact capability, route, method, and request selected by the user or the user's agent. PubFi does not infer intent, choose an investment, place a trade, transfer assets, provide custody, or act as a financial adviser through the Plugin.
Third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Users must verify information before relying on it for financial, legal, compliance, security, operational, or other important decisions.
Some Account-lane routes are free within published limits. Other routes consume the user's existing PubFi account entitlements or Credits under the applicable service documentation and Service Credit Terms. The Plugin does not offer a Plugin checkout or sell Credits through the OpenAI interface.
Paid requests use request and idempotency identifiers to prevent duplicate charging and to return an exact bounded terminal response on a valid replay. Reusing an idempotency identifier with a different bound request is a conflict.
Users may not interfere with normal operation, bypass authentication, entitlements, quotas, metering, or safety controls, probe or exploit the service without authorization, submit unlawful or harmful requests, misuse provider data, or use PubFi in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Automated access is permitted only through documented PubFi interfaces and within their authorization, rate, and use limits.
Service descriptions, APIs, integrations, pricing, limits, and commercial models can change. Actual availability, service levels, and support commitments are only those stated in current official documentation or a separate signed agreement.
PubFi can suspend or limit access when reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, service integrity, nonpayment, or material breach of these terms.
PubFi can link to or interact with OpenAI, authentication providers, upstream data providers, analytics providers, and other third-party services. Their content, availability, and data practices are governed by their own terms. PubFi is not responsible for a third party's independent service.
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, and presentation materials on this site are controlled by PubFi or its licensors. Visitors may not reproduce or redistribute them for commercial purposes without permission.
The PubFi Privacy Policy explains service data, paid execution records, retention, recipients, and user choices. Users agree that PubFi may process and retain those records as needed to provide the service and meet the stated legal, security, billing, replay, and audit purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, PubFi services and third-party data are provided as available and without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow PubFi to exclude.
